1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 999jil (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 999jil website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference herein.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

999jil accepts deposits through various payment methods as specified on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other electronic payment systems available to Philippine users. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. You agree that:

• All funds deposited must originate from a legitimate source and belong to you
• You will not use 999jil for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Deposit limits may apply based on your account status, verification level, and payment method
• We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we suspect violates these Terms or applicable laws

We are not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third-party processors or financial institutions.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Promotional Terms Incorporation

Your use of the Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without our express written consent, except as necessary for normal web browsing and gameplay.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 999JIL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS YOU HAVE MADE TO YOUR 999JIL ACCOUNT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Your account has been flagged by our security or anti-fraud systems
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• Continuing to provide Services to you would expose us to legal or regulatory risk
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We will attempt to return any remaining account balance to you after deducting any amounts owed to us, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

9.2 User-Initiated Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. We are not responsible for any funds remaining in closed accounts after a reasonable withdrawal period, subject to applicable laws governing dormant accounts.

When we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your account.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services that cannot be resolved through our customer support channels shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against 999jil.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999jil regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
